What is TalentFEST?

TalentFEST, presented by Community Bank N.A. is CampusROC’s biggest event of the year, connecting job seekers with leading employers from across the Greater Rochester region in a a high-energy career fair.

This isn’t your typical career fair. TalentFEST welcomes job seekers from all backgrounds, including college students, recent grads, veterans, career changers, remote workers, and more. Beyond career opportunities, the event features live music, fun games, raffles, giveaways, and plenty of surprises to make the day exciting and worthwhile.

TalentFEST takes place on September 13 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and it's completely free to attend.

TalentFEST is bringing all the fun from bringing back the mechanical bull to giant lawn games like Jenga, Connect 4, and Checkers, plus a six-hole mini-golf challenge and an epic photo booth. Check out some of the games and activities you’ll find at this year’s event!
