Keep it clear and concise. Aim for one page and make sure it’s easy to scan.

Show results. Whenever possible, include accomplishments or numbers that back up what you did.

Here’s how to make yours stand out:

Be personal. Address it to a real person if you can, and share why you're excited about this specific role and company.
Tell your story. Highlight one or two experiences that show how you’re a great fit, not your whole resume.
Keep it short. Aim for 3–4 paragraphs max. Be clear, confident, and direct.
Show personality. A touch of enthusiasm or genuine interest goes a long way.
Proofread (again!). Clean writing = strong impression.
