A FEW POPULAR ATTRACTIONS

FUN FACTS

The Cobbs Hill neighborhood is trademarked by its gorgeous Tudor houses and winding residential streets. The grassy mall dividing one of the neighborhood's hallmark roads, Nunda Boulevard, was designed by renowned landscape architect, Alling DeForest.

This quaint area is surrounded by acres of natural beauty and hiking trails. At the end of Nunda Boulevard sits the entrance to Washington Grove, a forest park filled with century-old trees and blossoming plants. If visitors follow the end of the path, they will reach the infamous Cobbs Hill Water Towers, covered in hundreds of pieces of unique street art. At the edge of the Cobbs Hill neighborhood is (unsurprisingly) Cobbs Hill Park. This recreational area is equipped with tennis, basketball, baseball and racquetball courts-- and, it’s the perfect spot to host an afternoon picnic.

A trip to the Cobbs Hill neighborhood isn’t complete without making a stop at the Record Archive. This unique emporium is a staple in the Rochester area, and with a wide selection of quirky gifts, vintage clothing and, of course, thousands of records and CDs, there’s something in the Record Archive for everyone.

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable neighborhood that’s located only minutes away from the action of the city, Cobbs Hill could be the perfect place for you.
