The Browncroft neighborhood is primarily residential, and a short drive throughout the area will enlighten visitors to the gorgeous landscaping on Browncroft’s streets. The neighborhood is graced with spacious yards filled with spruce, maple, sycamore and magnolia trees.

The Browncroft Neighborhood Association is incredibly active, and the group holds several events for residents each year, including the Summer Family Picnic, the Winter Gathering Buffet, and the famous Bi-Annual Area Wide Garage Sale.
